Australian Hardwood Clapsticks

These clapsticks have been hand crafted from Australian hardwood by Brisbane based Uncle Joe. Crisp sound quality and lacquered to protect the wood. They are played in pairs by striking them together to create rhythm for chants, songs, and other instruments like the didgeridoo. Besides their musical use, clapsticks can also serve as tools for digging or as symbolic message sticks for communication.
